Project Manager - New Development

  • Provide preliminary costs estimates, with material take-off
  • Work through plan details for clarity, errors and costs savings
  • Oversee the construction of projects in accordance with project plans and specs outlining the type of materials, options and selections.
  • Maintain budgeted costs and schedule on individual projects¬†
  • Responsible for the overall supervision and control of a project
  • Manage projects so that company quality standards expectations are met

Project Manager - Remodel

  • Develop scope of work and bid documents
  • Value engineering to keep project within budget
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Interface directly with client
  • Monitor and update construction schedules to ensure contractors and vendors perform on schedule
  • Manage projects so that company quality standards expectations are met

Construction Administrative Assistant

  • Complete contracts for all assigned jobs
  • maintain job cost accounting and job files
  • review, distribute, track and submit invoices and applications for payment
  • Work with Project Managers to provide O&M materials for our customers

Superintendent - New Development

  • Coordinate daily subcontractor work to facilitate the completion of the job within the project schedule.
  • Work with the project manager to avoid cost overruns
  • Oversee the construction of projects in accordance with project plans and specs outlining the type of materials, options and selections.
  • Inspect the job daily and check all critical work components for accuracy
